Tender documentation for conducting a procedure for selection of contractor with a public invitation of the final recipient “DITEX-SM” Ltd with subject “Implementation of measures to improve the energy performance of the building envelope and elements, measures for the systems for generation of heating and cooling and for the systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, DHW and lighting, as well as other measures through construction of a photovoltaic installation for electricity generation for the energy renovation of the garment workshop of “DITEX-SM” Ltd”, divided into separate lots.
Lots
- Lot 1 – ESM 1: Measures to improve the energy performance of the building envelope and elements, thermal insulation of walls (Measure B1 from the energy audit).
- Lot 2 – ESM 2: Measures for the systems for generation of heating and cooling and for the systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, DHW and lighting, delivery and installation of air to water heat pump installations with a total heating capacity of 350 kW (Measure C6 from the energy audit).
- Lot 3 – ESM 3: Construction of a photovoltaic installation for own consumption with a capacity of 80 kWp.
